Fair Elections?

Hi,

Just something to note, there is quite an interesting article in the independant newspaper, showing outrage from kurds as to the US intention of not holding fair elections, rather keeping the existing government with just Saddam and a few generals being replaced.

Can you actually expect U.S. regulation of foreign elections to be fair when we can't elect the person that the majority of us voted for in THIS country?
