Please include the Presidential Directives Bush used to dismantle Clinton's interagency workgroups.

As you probably know, a lack of cooperation between our National Security Agencies played a profound role in our failure to connect the dots. When Bush abolished Clinton's semi-autominus interagency work groups and replaced them with something entirerly different which was under the direct control and direction of Bush he basically dismantled the the one Clinton policy that could have prevented 9/11.
