No Index to 9/11 Report

Should I be surprised that there's no index to the 9/11 Report?
It seems like something that could've been weaved together as it was written.
Not having one is truly an obstacle to research.
Reminds me of the Warren Commission.

If anyone is the Sylvia Meagher of 9/11, it'll be one of this site's founders!

Paul or Mike: are there any omissions or mistruths in the 9/11 Report that are particularly appalling to you?

There is an online index, and you can also search the text on Amazon.com.

Is the June 1, 2003 CIA Analytic Report "The Plot and the Plotters" publicly available, and if so, where can I find it?
