Is there going to be a civil war?

I personally think the Bush admin's argument that there will be a civil war in Iraq is wrong. It is too chaotic to have a civil war. There may be anarchy, but there would have to be separate semi-governments in place for war. There are religeous leaders - but real wars need troops that are highly organized, with equipment and strong leadership. Anything else is just a crime wave. That said - if there is a gradual reduction in US presence and then once that is done - then perhaps in around 5 years there may be some kind of a war. I hope not.
